We at smartvalley.pk are committed to delivering our products to the customer at the ease of their home in order to do so we are working with some of the best logistic partners to make safe and on-time deliveries across Pakistan.

SHIPPING HUB

All your orders are packed and shipped from our facility situated in Lahore. Your package stays in our facility for 1 days which later are assigned to our logistic partners where they are sorted and are sent to relevant stations for deliveries.

 SHIPPING COST

We are committed to providing best value to our customers, therefore, Smart Valley.pk offers free shipping for any order over Rs. 1,000/- across Pakistan.

Note: Shipping charges will be Rs. 200/- only on orders under Rs 1,000/-

Note: This policy is applicable to regular orders. Delivery charges on Sale/Promotion orders may vary. In order to check delivery charges, please add Sale item to your shopping cart in the checkout page.

SHIPPING SYSTEM

We at Smart valley.pk understand it’s very difficult to wait to use your favourite product and to minimize this time we use some of the best services offered by leading logistic providers.

 

1) WITHIN CITY SERVICE

Within Lahore, Package will be delivered within 24 hours.

 

2) OTHER CITY SERVICE

Other cities within Punjab delivery will be completed within 24-48 hours. 

Note: Delivery can take longer due to political and weather conditions or maybe unworkable in the Out of Service Areas.

 

3) OTHER PROVINCE SERVICE

Provinces other than Punjab delivery will be completed within 78-96 hours.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers can easily keep track of their order status by simply entering the tracking number in our ‘Track Your Order’ box on Call Courier. The tracking number would be texted to the customer shortly after the package is ready for dispatch.

SHIPMENT CHECKING

We do not recommend our customers to check their shipment at the delivery time as all our products are electronic gadgets and sometimes you need to refer to the user manual to get the gadget running. This whole process takes a lot of time and delivery personnel have to meet tough delivery schedule (All items delivered are covered under our Return policy)

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment will be authorized after a confirmation call with the customer. The order is liable to stock availability.
